Lets go in to the WAYBACK Machine It was the early spring of 78 and my mother mail in the EARLY BIRD package a year earlier in 77 for the first four Kenner Star Wars action figures and I remembering opening the package and played the hell or of Luke, Leia, Chewie and my all time fave figure R2-D2. Later that month after I got the first four figures mother took me to Toys 'r' Us in Brooklyn NY and got the rest of the first 12 Back set and to this day I still have them. I dont play my old Star Wars toys any more but I still love to keep them there the only link I have left from my past other then the old retro games.
Here I took some photos of my original 1978 Kenner figures using my Canon digital camera and I used a large colored BLUE poster paper for the backdrop to capture that classic kenner Box Label art look sorry for the gorilla style photagape but its all I can do with what I have in house.
Ill be posting more of my photos of my old Collection from time to time when I get more time and poster papers for the rest of my Kenner Star Wars toys, ships and playsets.

Wowsers... yeah when I was a kid we had a neighbor that worked at Kenner's assembly line an she used ta bring me an m'older brother any extras they had from mass-packagin' practically every other day... an we used ta play with'em like there was no limit ta the supply... heh if only we'd never opened those packages... but try tellin' that ta two little boys! hehehehe ;)
Kenner toys are antiques .it dont help thay want belly up some years ago.a box lout of mask toy's i cod have picked up on ebay
a few years ago for 50.00 no 1 bid on do to the shaping was like 80,it was a nirey compleat mask sat! now same sat will get you 400 to 800 .
some Kenner toy's are still junk some are insane valuable.i have the for the most part star war's toy's no 1 want's from the 70's lol.
i dont have the income to pay the prices thay go for;). i have a 12 inch r2d2 ive bin treing to find the part's for over 20 years and thay want more for hes part's than for a hole 1;).
sad to say the 90's up remakes are not as populer:(
