I can't help but wonder what a few of my characters would like like in this style

o 3 o ) really? I mean I would basic the shit out of them, but it would be quicker then yah girl I'm doing.

Well, I've never really thought about it. My characters are already pretty basic. Muse is tiny and floats around (Typically) while my 'sona is just in a grey hoodie and jeans. XD I just wonder how well the mane would translate.

muse would defiantly lose their hair, like a little fluff of rainbow would be it, she would look like a derpy child, her personality would have to come out mostly in her clothing, these characters might not be great as a monotone character. Too much white-grey doesn't always translate well.

also she would lose her tail.

XD no problem~ I know character designs are hard to switch styles without losing what makes them special to you. So I'll never promise anything unless I see it working in my head. The biggest part of why nitw is such an interesting and amazing new style of character design; is because they use complementary colours and limit their pallet in a way that's still vibrant and colourful, without overdoing it.
