Well I liked the storyline for PMD: Gates to Infinity, I felt it lacked sooo much, that it came off as half a game in some way. But I guess it was a "test the waters" 3D game. But I guess that's where Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon makes up for, which also had a great storyline.

But this is a really cute pic. ^^

I always feel silly when I hear that, because I thought of the stories the same, but vice versa for the games. ;w; Love them both to bits though still.

For SMD, their was sooo much to do, like do all leftover missions, plus the overworld was big and all that stuff. But Gates to Infinity, you were basically in one place and had so lil to do. Super Mystery Dungeon had a nice storyline and plot twist that changed things up from the last games. If anything, I choose SMD over Gates to Infinity more. lol

This is true about the extra stuff to do. But story bugged me. I loved Gates to Infinity's story, and PSMD was ok, but at the end, a couple things seemed kinda tacked on.

I felt that Gates had potential, but was really lacking. I enjoyed it, and I like what it did at the end, but it didn't have much at all. Plus, it was super easy, and the soundtrack wasn't as memorable... and a lot of the characters were jerks. The one scene where everyone laughed at Dunsparce really boiled my beans. I really enjoyed being able to build a base, though, and I still had fun with it and liked some of the other characters (the partner was done especially well in that game, I feel).
Which brings up a thought. Why not have an online Pokemon Mystery Dungeon game? They have a ton of continents now, and they can have users build their own bases or join others! Make Guilds, explore together, all that stuff! It's possible! Heck, why not let people set up their own servers where they can make their own dungeons and levels for people to explore? And the modding potential would be great... it's a shame Nintendo doesn't like mods or fangames.

Anywho, I really like the picture! I should replay the series.

There actually is a fan-made PMD MMO - it's called Pokemon Mystery Universe (PMU). It doesn't have a level editor, modding, or custom servers, but it does have base customizing and player-made guilds. Going off of gameplay videos I think it looks interesting, though I haven't played it myself.

A: this story is great, super adorable and I love picturing emolga in virizion's diapers
B: I noticed an error-(spoilers for those who didn't read first) when emolga showed the flyer for the super diapers, it was a raichu (which I lobed because raichu is my favorite pokemon) but when blaze and virizion looked at it a second time, it was stated as a pikachu...which game me a bit of disappointment because the raichu was gone (purely because I love love looove raichu)

It's based on the paradox of what if an unstoppable force were to collide with an immovable object.
Supposed to reference how two characters in the story are being very stubborn in their views, and neither will budge. :P

I do love to play Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games but I choose more of a protective type of stuff like Pecha Scarfs or Persim Bands. I might have to check out that shop mentioned.
