This is a character I'd like to do more with. Coral was formally human but after an injury was transformed by nanites into her current state as a cyborg raccoon. She has an artificial spine that allows her to jack into power armor and P.E.T. (Personal Environmental Transport) armor. P.E.T.s are animal-like power armor that allow fast movement in hostile environments. When jacked in a P.E.T. functions as if it were the operator's own body and when jacked out the armor has an AI and functions independently much like a guard dog.

I've been rather enjoying P-sebae's mechanicals and hybrids.

Woah! A "Goopy." Many years ago I came up with the idea that a futuristic fighter pilot was sealed into her aircraft and suspended in a fluid bath to protect her from the excessive "G" forces her craft was able to pull. Now I wonder. Is the goo used to cushion the operator from radical movements of the mecha suit, or is it used to promote the interface between the machine and it's organic operator?
I really like the little details too.

Goo is multipurpose and acts as a cushion as you said tho the pilot does not feel their real body anyways but also carries nutrients to the body suit so the pilot can stay sealed for long periods of time. There are very rare cases of pilots even forgetting their original bodies although often in those cases the AI has malfunctioned and ceased talking to the pilot as a copilot while the operator is in the suit.
Cool! Had you seen the footage of the Alien AFS in "District 9"? WETA was really thinking "Outside the box" with that design, and it acted very much like a loving creature as opposed to a machine.
Anyway, I am intrigued by the design and of course even moreso by the Procyonic, formerly human pilot.
