O.O That kinda sounds like this manga I was browsing through. You know except that they look cooler and ones a shark and the other isn't a person and they have gey sex...so they're really nothing alike except for a mysterious organization that does odd jobs. o.o I like to talk, it makes me think I'm loved. ._.

I forget. It was about some kid who gets a job working for this wierd organiziation or something. He normaly works with this guy who's in a bear suit 24/7. In fact there was an episode in the book while I was skimming through that had the guy in the bear suit in a bikini because they we're trying to make they're company more sexy. Of course there was a female member of the group in a bikini too, but the bear was just so funny. X3

I honestly don't remember what it was, but it wasn't really all that similar to your idea. o.o In fact yours is much better. X3 It just kinda reminded me of it.
