This is the Poelzig Fountain (Poelzig-Brunnen). It's in the Great Garden (Großer Garten) in Dresden, Germany.
The fountain is commonly known as "Mosaikbrunnen" (mosaic fointain). It was planed by the German architect Hans Poelzig and his 2nd wife Marlene. It was built as a show-piece for the "5. Jahresschau Deutscher Arbeit" (means "Yearly Exhibition of German Work") in 1926. Meant to bee teared down shortly after the end of the exhibition, it endured the times and was reconstructed in 2006.
The photo was taken in the evening sun a few days ago.
A big Thank You goes to ysegrim - my partner - for helping me with this picture.
