This just happens to be the desktop pic I chose to put on my new laptop I got for High School graduation. Its a Dell Studio Premier 17 series. It has a 17 inch wide screen gloss monitor and it has the number pad too. ^.^

pff, in 2009 I got it from Fchan in the clean section. I really doubt its there anymore since they do clean ups all the time. My best suggestion is to just do a google search on it or something, that might not even work.
