- Whenever a commission work is posted (any work that is titled [c] Name of commissionner ) a slot opens up. In the description of the work, I have a link to a comment from me, First person to reply back gets the spot !

TERMS OF SERVICE
Commissioners are required to read these terms of service prior to payment. These terms apply to ALL forms of commissions.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission with or without any reason.
- Uploaded images MUST contain my signature/watermark.

COPYRIGHT/USE:
- I retain copyright ownership of the created image.
- I retain the right to use the copyrighted artwork for promotional and advertising purposes.
- YOU are responsible for securing permission for copyrighted characters you do not own.
- YOU are free to upload/display/print the image for personal use, provided I am credited.
- YOU MAY NOT use the completed image for monetary gain.

PAYMENT:
- All payments are in USD.
- All payments done through Paypal Invoice.
- Full payment is required up front.

REFUNDS:
- Commissioners may request a refund at any time.
- Refunds will be granted in full provided that I have not yet started on the commission.
- AFTER the commission has begun ONLY PARTIAL refunds will be available.
- The partial refund will be based upon the amount of work completed on the commission.
- Any completed sketches and WIP will be sent to the commissioner.

COMMISSION REQUESTS:
- Commission requests are to be detailed and concise.
- Commissioners are encouraged to send visual references for characters.
- Commission Requests containing only non-visual character references may be subject to additional fees. (See Below)

NON-VISUAL REFERENCES:
- Additional fees, beginning at 5$USD and up may be applied to commissions consisting primarily of non-visual character references.
- Non-visual character reference commission requests will be subject to completion based upon MY INTERPRETATION of the provided material and edits will be limited—UNLESS ORDERING A REFERENCE SHEET.
- As the Commissioner, you understand that working with non-visual references is a time consuming process. Unless you are paying for design time in the form of a Reference Sheet you agree to these conditions.

COMMISSION GUIDELINES

WHAT I WILL DRAW:
- Anthros, Ferals, Humanoids, Dragons, Taurs
- Any gender or sexual orientation.
- Suggestive content and pin ups
- Artistic/Non-sexual nudity
- Story scenes and story-driven art
- Fanart

WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW:
- I will NOT draw any sexually explicit (porn) commissions.
- I will NOT draw any bodily fluids of any sort.
- I will NOT draw any fetish material.
- Intricate technology or mecha. (Cybernetics and organic machines are okay—Gundams are not)
- I will not take part in collaborations of any sort.

GETTING A SLOT:
- Commission slots will be available by journal opening.
- Depending on the number of commission requests a lottery may be used to award slots.

WIP and APPROVAL:
WIPs (Work in Progress) will be sent to the commissioner after the Sketch, Line Art, and Colouring phases for approval unless mentioned otherwise.

ALTERNATE VERSIONS, CORRECTIONS & CHANGES:---- NEW !
Alternate versions and/or changes of an image that is completed will cost an extra fee
- Small changes (ex: mark, trinkets, etc) or anything minor that needs to be changed after the image has been approved is to your discretion, but a small fee will still be required.

Prices may range from 15$US to half of the base pricing of the piece.
- Alternate versions of an image (sfw and nsfw for example) is a flat price of 10$US

By sending payment you, as the commissioner, agree to these terms.

FORM TO USE:
- Type of commission (ex; fullbody, colored sketch, chibi)
- References (as much as you want, there is never too many references)
- Description (what is your idea, pose or set-up. Artistic freedom is not a necessity, but it’s ok to give me some as well)
- Other ? Deadline ? (If there is anything, otherwise you can leave this out)
