This is King Shark from DC Comics. He's a villain and he likes to eat people. As you'd expect from a shark. That's why he has a muzzle on. But I prefer seeing my victims smile, so I made it clear. ;) Technically, King Shark is extremely durable to bullets to the point of almost being impervious, but at the same time me and my friends decided that didn't stop him from being extremely ticklish. Because LOGIC!
Anyway, this was also my attempt to try comic style coloring again. Hopefully it's alright.

Ah you know there's a neat scene where killer croc is restrained to a metal restraint chair: https://static.comicvine.com/upload.....c_snoozing.jpg that device could easily have some tickle tools for the victim. Perhaps that could give you some interesting ideas to work with.
