I finally completed this, mostly done in Manga Studio, Photoshop for effects in OSX, Corel Photo paint in windows for touch-ups and morphing textures to lineart since its better than Photoshop's liquify brush, and detailing the hair with smudge brush, and MediBang Paint on the iPad when I was AFK, on the train and at the doctors and in hospital.
