I've been trying to simplify the end result down to shapes of light, dark, and blue-gray for a while now, and these latest pages have been a true test of those on-going attempts.

The hard part is the multiple layers of foreground, middleground, and background, and how to distinguish between the three. Differing amounts of hatching has thus far proved successful, at least partially, in forming a definite separation.
