A friend mentioned that I should draw Bellwether and gave a scenario of her wearing one of these oversized coat things, and that was back when it was actually still winter, but I finally did it ahahaha.

I decided to use this as a chance to practice backgrounds, also. It's meant to be probably City Hall. And now I have a headcanon that she probably had to do a lot of community service work there once she eventually got out of jail. I wonder how bad her sentence was, anyway?

Used textures from FreeStockTextures and TextureKing. And Bellwether belongs to Disney. This took probably roughly 8 hours, not sure exactly though. Give or take a couple.
