(please read in any "fancy fashion-designer voice". Prefferably the voice of Edna Mode from the Incredibles)
Look, star-darling, Everyone can make clothes look good. But your talent would be totaly wasted there. You show a strong indepented woman whos not afraid to let the soft little kitten that needs the extra protection insider her out. You would set a fashion statment. Now they may be wearing their rugs at their fashion week and be proud of it. But we could make art. We would change the world of underwear forever and everybody would know your face. It would be a fashion-revolution.
Ok sorry couldnt resist ^^ But honestly this picture could be like the cover of a "diaper-themed fashion magazine."

It looks like you were backlit in this image, i.e., the light source, if there had been one, was behind you, or off to the side. I know that sounds really silly to say about a drawing, but I'm looking at this with a photographer's eye. I kind of wish for a soft illumination of her face.
As to the shading, I think it works really well.
I love her pose. Kammy and I had some comments about doing a 'pin-up' style drawing of Kammy in her Plushed form, and this pose with Star would fit very well into that category of 'Pin-Up' Kitty.

I have to say, Star, you're got some impressive Photoshop shop skills, girl. To the new viewers out there, this would be totally convincing. But to others, we all know that you're truly a soaked, soggy little kitten.
In all seriousness, I too must admit I thought you got this commissioned due to how different it looks from most of your other art. And as much as I love your art, this is taking it up to a whole new level! Truly amazing work, and I thoroughly look forward to hopefully seeing more art work from you like this. Keep up the amazing work! ^-^

TOO adorable! Can't help it-someone needs TICKLED!!!
(cue Star squealing and running)
"You can run, but you can't hide, kitten!"
(maniacal laughter offscreen)
After a few moments, there are the unmistakable sounds of a diaper being changed, a loud purring, and Star returns to view, being cuddle-carried by her Auntie- and the purring seems to be coming from both of them, Star's head on my shoulder.
((I wrote the above part, then somehow, this diaper commercial just wrote itself in my head. Enjoy- I did! ))
"There's something very special about a baby's love. Sure, she's all grown up, but she'll always be special to me. That's why we both decided she belongs in Pamfurs." (soft kiss on her forehead) "I don't trust anything else to protect her from wetness and prevent leaks."
(voice over) Pamfurs. Keeping your babies dry no matter how old they are.

Second I was wondering did you created by hand with little to no reference or are you bashing off of something and adding your own flare to it.
Or rather is already made and like drawn you are just like adding like your own text and stuff
Please I must know if this is public and if I need to wait for the next page or could I find online or somthn
