The propeller-driven monoplane is a Bleriot monoplane (sorry about lack of accents), and the plane in the background looks like a MiG-25 or MiG-31. Of course, with the wasp waist, it could be an F-5/T-38.

Incorrect on both craft. The Bleriot has an open frame along the rear body as well as a more squared vertical stabilizer. As for the jet...it's much older than the T series trainers, and French. :)

Ah, the jet's an early-model Mirage...I'm so used to dealing with American and Russian aircraft.

The monoplane isn't so easy...

It isn't an Etrich Taube...
Could it possibly be a Chiribiri No. 5?
