With Shredder's demented son Kano on the loose, Karai is forced to accept the Turtles her allies in the upcoming war. She wants to be the only leader of the Foot Clan and Kano has plans to get rid of her. But Leo has his hands full trying to help Mikey through his latest problem (being a human). Mikey goes out in public with Angel and enjoys the perks of being human.

Next chapter Don (normal now) tinkers in his lab on a new invention which requires expensive equipment to complete. He searches for a way to obtain the equipment and finds a new job in a night club that has an unusual theme to it...
Mikey has a new problem on his hands with letting Angel down gently, (such a thing is never a easy task). Will he be able to do it and not hurt her feelings?
Chaplin indirectly sends an emotional wedge between Leo and Karai and things don't go well for them.
Mona Lisa and Raph spend some quality time together, but end up in the middle of a gang war!

Here's my first TMNT fic ever based off what I like best in the TMNT universe (the live action movies, cartoons new and old). The Turtles are young adults (around ages of 26 or so) and without Splinter since he died from cancer. The Turtles try to live on without their father and baby-sit April's daughter May for years. A new danger threatens the Turtles though as explained above in the new summery.

Older Beginning Summery:
But one day, May accuses the Turtles of abusing her (accusing Raphael more actually). Raph is not happy and searches for a way to clear his name since April and Casey distrust/hate him and his brothers.

I also write about Leonardo's training period in Central America (like from the newer TMNT CGI movie, it was spiffy to me) and why he didn't go back to New York for so long.

Mikey has a love interest but fears rejection like crazy and is depressed. Donatello develops some disgust for humans all together (though I haven't written too much for him yet).

Also Lotus returns to 'finish' off the Turtles, at least it seems that way to them at first (this doesn't happen until Chapter 3).

There'll be some development between Leo and Lotus and more fights between Leo and Raph (which is natural). But there are plenty of twists and turns along the way (such as Raph falling for Lotus instead and Karai becoming fond of Leo). Read and find out!
