I've been pretty much on a constant uneasy feeling for the past month. Like I'm on the verge of a panic attack.

Yeah the first time I had a panic attack I thought I was dying- not knowing what's happening makes it worse, but I was a bit more self aware afterwards so it doesn't really happen anymore. It's basically just your brain's way of saying "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaahh!!!" Just drink some water and breathe. You'll be fine.
