Bio: Genevieve is an very serious and grumpy Banette, who dislikes most Pokemon and prefers to be alone.

Her eyes are a dark grey, and look burned upon closer inspection. She also has a dark shadow under her eyes due to lack of sleep. She can go about a week or two without sleep, but this leaves her to be grumpy and easily irritated. She soon gets one long day of sleep to catch up. Once she wakes, she's generally a lot more cheery and approachable for the day, but its better to be safe than sorry.

She likes her personal space, and will indeed stab you if you try to touch her. Being stabbed by her pins is not fatal though, but it will hurt your soul... and then eventually death.

She removes her pins from her pig tails to use them as weapons. Her pins regenerate rather quickly, forming in her pig tails. The pins shatter in to glowing blue fragments before vanishing. (Think how Links weapons break in BOTW)
She also uses her pins for the move Curse, jamming them into her own body.

Gen wears light clothes, letting her be quick and agile in fights, using strategy against foes instead of brute force. Her movements are like that of a ninja's.

She strives to end her own quiet suffering, and find two friends who left her.

She wears a strange ribbon around her neck, which is a special memento to her.

Her scar on the left of her body was gotten once she evolved, running past a sharp piece of broken building. It was later stitched up by a close friend.

She isn't related to Bellanette or Minoir, but likes to stick by them, unless she wants to be alone. She can get depressed easily, and dislikes most Pokemon, refusing help or comfort. However she gets along with most ghost types or younger Pokemon.

Genevieve lives with Bellanette and Minoir, but she has a place of her own which she tends to avoid.

Genevieve has a massive crush on Bellanette as well, and seems to have a soft spot for Lar and a Gallade, even though she tried to kill Lar many times before.

She looks at the world as nothing more than a ticking time bomb.

Her nickname 'Genny' is pretty much secret to everyone, though it's said to tie back to her days as a Shuppet.

Mega: In her Mega form, she takes on the role of a Mage. Her staff casts her special attacks; shadow ball, ominous wind.
She still knows curse, and does the same process of using one of her yellow needles.

Her Mega form has an extra zipper around her neck, hidden by the ribbon.

Story: Reborn from her own ashes, this Banette escaped a burning forest which destroyed her only home. She has been through a lot during her life, in the end making her a rather serious and intimidating pokemon.

Her mega evolution triggered at an important and rather surprising time without a mega stone. She believes the fire within crafted the stone.
After her first transformation, the staff was born, holding the remains of a shuppet. When she returns to normal, the shuppet cloth is all that remains of the staff, but can be used to trigger mega evolution. It's as if the stone is hidden far away, but still reachable.
