I thought this a real life animal that should have (poorly drawn) fanart. Megaponera analis pretty much have a superhero caste.

They have ants that are bigger and stronger then the regular kinds
They are called majors (lots of worlds to add to that to make a superhero name)
The break into lairs of evil (as far as the ants are concerned)
They then fight the bad guys
They rescue normal people in peril
Their ants so the super strength box is quite thoroughly ticked
They provide for their people
They do this every single day.

I'm so enthused about this creature that I will pay £5, or a story to the first person to show me some more fanworks of this species.
