Kilo is not your common Joltik, by any means of the word. Though he started out "normal" to others. He lived with his mother, father, and many siblings. Kilo, however, was born with a uncommon Pokémon defect which was simply named "Everstone Disease". Basically any Pokémon who has this genetic defect is incapable of evolving. This hurt Kilo, especially since he learned of it at such a young age. But, his siblings helped him through his life. They gave him extra food, extra electricity to feed on, and as many rare candies as they gathered. Kilo was thankful for having such loving siblings. While they evolved into Galvantula, Kilo stayed the same. But his Joltik body was now as big as theirs, if not bigger. Kilo kept this treatment until he finally stopped on his seventeenth birthday. He was now the largest member of not just his family, but the entire city he stayed in. Life was maybe a bit too hard for him now, but it was something he loved. He may not be able to evolve, but at least he has equal terms.
Kilo may be huge, but he's not mean. He's a gentle giant. He helps anyone, but he mostly helps out whoever he accidently caused an accident to. He forgets his own strength, and can sometimes damage someone's property or things. He tries his best though.
Name is kinda cliché I know, but this is a concept I have been thinking of for a long time. We all have Pokémon characters that usually fit the description of the species they are. But, what about the ones that break the normality? Joltik is one of the smallest Pokémon ever. So what would happen if he ended up being bigger that most other Pokémon? This is where Kilo is. ^^
