I think Selene/Moon here is luckier than some because...
1. She still has hair. Sure, its tinted the same as the Pokefur and has red on the end of the front bangs, but its something undoubtably human, sure, some species of Pokemon MAY have something simliar, but Litten & its evolutionary line are bald, they don't have any head hair other than their own fur. So seeing a Litten with hair may make a possible trainer refrain from throwing that ball for a bit. It also looks nice on a small cat, so maybe that's a plus for beauty contests and being recognized as an unfortunate human and not a wild Pokemon.
2. She appears to still be capable of human speech, albeit impeded. As she appears to exclaim in denial at her transformation, saying "nyo!" (likely 'no!') If the hair wasn't enough to tell people that the Litten is really a trainer, then she can just tell them herself with her own word.
3. She's still a Pokemon trainer, Pokemon or human, she still has access to her party of Pokemon at this time and place. She can press the button and summon them with a paw or by booping the button with her nose. So she can likely mount one of her Pokemon (say a Lucario or Ninetails, or any other Pokemon much larger than herself for that matter) and have them carry her things so she can still travel far.
I now wonder what would happen if anyone met what appears to be a stray, cosplaying Lucario with a haired Litten, and then having the Litten tell them upfront in english that she's actually the Lucario's trainer... Now that would be awkward. Now I wonder what being a Pokemon Trainer that IS a Pokemon herself is like, and what her evolved forms would be like.
(Would this count as age regression as well?)

1. The fact she's rare would encourage trainer to catch her though
2. I used the actually Litten yell for it, she isn't really speaking human, if anything if she was intending to say something like "What the hell?!"
3. I dunno, I don't think her pokemon would recognise her, and if they do they'd likely treat her as an equal.
And yeah, I'd say this counts as age regression.

I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want to unknowingly strip someone's freedom away. So I'd avoid normally bald Pokemon that have human hair. And oh! Didn't notice that you used the Litten yell, I thought she was gonna say something among the lines of "no... NO NO NO NO WHAT THE HELL..!?!?" As for her Pokemon. I assume Selene has treated her party with respect and kindness throughout her entire Pokemon career. She's helped them grow alongside herself. So I'd imagine they would repay the favor by helping her in return, she's easily at her weakest and most vulnerable here. She's become a baby, she can't use her body well yet, and she's easy prey for predators, gullible trainers, or jerks. I think her Pokemon could recognize her by her hair, her unfamiliarity with her body (stumbling is what Littens normally don't do.) And her desperate cry for some sort of help. But hey! On the flipside... When she has fully evolved, she'll be sitting upon her champion's throne as an Incineroar, the only one to also be a trainer as well. So one hell of an honor's waiting for her.
