Coincidentally I'm reading the pathfinder book and just trying to put everything together correctly. Some things are explained in detail and other things are obscured by this. It's frustrating but I have little trouble figuring things out on my own. What's her name? What class is she? What is she like?
I'd recommend checking out http://www.d20pfsrd.com, even with the books, the sites laid out pretty good, and is what I use to stop from getting confused on material.
As for the character, she's Kira, an dual cursed oracle that focuses on the life mystery and alot of healing!
