Having played the game to the point where I can clear it without ever taking a hit, I actually know the ending off by heart <3
At the ending, link wakes up and looks to the sky, seeing the wind fish sailing on the breeze.
In the special ending, Marin is with the sky whale, flying with a pair of seagull wings.

rlly, I wounder what else I missed, It's been over 16 years sense, I played it. I'm shocked cuz I watched a play through and I got all of the levels down and weapons you can get I gotta get that game
What other secrets do you know? I remember one if you type in "Zelda" you can change the title music that's all that I remember

Not really much else.
There's the bomb arrows glitch, stealing from the store, and the level six error that makes the game impossible to beat, then the boomerang and the secret seashell glitch.
Other than that its pretty straightforward. :P
Oh and the colour dungeon but thats just an addon for the DX release of the game.
