If you are just now seeing this (from my avatar or otherwise) I did not make this all by myself.
I needed an av or at least some type of picture so others new what I was.... of course I go searching on the internet for a good lucario picture.
(Now keep in mind, I have no fancy flash or good picture editing stuff)
I needed a good way to change it's color from blue to orange. So Cadc helped me to change its color. It didn't look orangy enough for me so I upped its intensity instead of having him do more work than he had to do. while doing that I happened to come accross a water effect that was on the online editor I was using, and I said "why not add that?".
