Quick concept design done with Prismacolor markers and colored pencils. Total time about 1 hour.
I am especially proud of the coloring technique I used on this picture and want to start experimenting with it a bit more.
Meet MY version of Hashy the Alien. He is a comic book character my little brother (http://kttykiwi.deviantart.com/art/John-sleeping-61950429) originally created and as he told me about him I got this great idea in my head and just had to draw it...
this was of course BEFORE he told me that Hashy is supposed to be a regular little grey alien with green fingers and toes who has come to take over the world.
In any case the reason this is posted under game art is because I think this little guy would make an awesome game character and once i rename him and redesign him a bit so that he is NOT hashy the Alien (in deference to my little brother unless he says otherwise) he will be even more awesome.
