Most of you will not know this but I am in real life an archer. Archery is a passion of mine I love being out on the field with the sun (and occasionally rain) beating down on me as I line up to take a shoot. Of course it was only natural for me to combine my love or Archery and my love of furry Art work. So a few years ago when I went out to a furry con in the US I took a new sketch book dedicated to the artwork of the bow.

This piece was done by the artist kitsuni (who’s not on FA as far as I can see) and is the third addition to my book. The brief that I give to the artist is to draw a picture that highlights one aspect of the bow. It can be set in almost any culture and any time frame as the bow is pretty much ubiquitous to all cultures. So I was delighted when this highly talented artist focused on Japanese culture.
