This came from some thinking along these lines: "What would Catwoman's equivalent to Batman's power armor thing be like. Obviously it'd probably be more in line with what Terry McGinnis wore in Batman Beyond because Catwoman is all about stealth and big clunky power armor won't do, but futuristic bulletproof plugsuits would." Then the sketch ended up looking nothing like Catwoman so it's just a generic animu girl
