OK so I've removed and updated the eyes and started adding fur on.

How Is it looking? Am I doing a Good job?

try making the ears a bit bigger, and a bit more to the side instead of right on top! refs can be useful here!
It might also help to add some foam above the eyes for "eyebrows." it makes the suit have a better facial expression!

I've used Fleece Material for the snout but should I use fur?

fur is very expensive and needs to be shaved down, so id recommend it for when you get the hang of things!
fleece should be good for now, but keep in mind that fleece shows all the little bumps and imperfections of the foam!
