Made last night from a short random boost of inspiration.
Looking back at an old sketch attempt at making a luna moth roughly a year ago (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/18782459/ ), it really felt... ech. It looked "okay", but it just didn't feel right, especially considering to whom it was inspired from. (You can see the two artists mentioned in the linked image's description, and why not give them a watch?)
But now, we have a return of the moth, and I'm much happier with it, and I'm sure that luna moth from elementary school would be too!
These new updates include a newer head design, the typical earring being wrapped around the base of the left antenna, the wings being in correct placement with each other (upper part being behind the lower), new arm design, markings on the upper wings showing the Zodiac Sign "Taurus", much like that collar of mine, and a few other minor things.
Now, why is he singing, though? And holding a naginata? To be honest, I've always had a love for varieties of music, and sometimes at home, I've been known to sometimes start to sing when I think no one's around. Plus, with the recent interest being taken up with Fire Emblem, the songstress, Azura, was an inspiration for this picture. In Fire Emblem: Fates, she prefers the lance/naginata weapon.
(Ironically, this sketch was done while listening to the song, "End of All (Sky).")
Anyways, I hope you all like it! Feel free to comment and such (or don't, heh), and hopefully there'll be more to come after these college classes are done in two weeks!
