Well I didnt make this one, someone bought it for me. In second life the currency is call linden. A lot of people do build their own avatars, I'm just pretty much too lazy to learn :p. Lindens can be purchased with real money. That fox avatar costs around $4 US, it was 1,000 linden. I can help with more stuff if you are interested.
