This character was traced back since elementary and made into the real deal in 2000. It was an old cross-over of Sonic and Knuckles with a little bit of Shadow tossed in there.

He has the speed and ability to bend and warp through dimensions. He was a slave and construct of Dr. Eggman which had been purged from the symbiote named Chaos (from Sonic Adventure). He was given a second chance when he was freed by the Master Emerald. Whether or not I had wanted Blaze the cat or Knuckles to help him escape was left undecided. I wanted Chronic to have alot to do with the secrets behind the chaos emerald as well as the Master Emerald and never got to finish. Oh well..
