Hay guys!
BABS Con was a blast! I had a ton of fun there, and got to meet a bunch of cool people and see a lot of really awesome panels! I even got to meet some awesome celebrities of the Brony community, and get drunk with a few of them on the party floor! (though I should bring some ibuprofen, pretzels, and ginger ale for next year...)
Anyway, here's a bunch of the sweet stuff I got while at the convention!
In the top-left, we got a couple new plushies of Trixie and Golden Gates! (in case you didn't know, Golden Gates is the mascot for BABS Con). There was also a vendor selling some pony plush socks, so I went ahead and got some of those, and I gotta say, they look awesome! I'm really glad I got those colors! I originally got both pairs for Trixie, but when Trix was wearing the blue socks, I had nowhere else to put the purple ones, and so I put them on Goldie, and they just look so dang good on her that she kinda... commandeered them. XP
In the top-right, I got an awesome print of Thorax (before he became a moose), A print of AJ and RD having a drinking contest signed by Ashleigh Ball (so awesome!), and an original doodle of a sleepy Chrissy by Andy Price! (epic!)
Moving to the bottom-right, we got some pretty sweet wooden cutouts of AJ, Luna, Chrissy, and a royal guard, (I refuse to accept that he is Flash!), that were cut out using some sort of laser printer that used a laser to burn the wood. I plan to get some magnets to glue to the back of them, and put them on my fridge.
And last, but not least, in the bottom-left, I finally got my hands on the Twilight Sparkle Secret Ship Folder card game along with a bunch of sweet booster packs! (my personal favorite is the Booty Booster pack ^^ )
I'm actually feeling pretty excited about the TSSSF game, mainly because I learned that I might be able to create my own cards! When I went to the panel that was about this card game, I learned of a few websites that provided templates for creating the cards, along with a site where I can have them printed! So now my mind has been buzzing with ideas for cards to create! I'm actually making plans to create a couple booster packs, one, of course, being a Hericks booster, that will add my OC to the game! I even went out and picked up a new sketchbook to make concept art for my cards! I just hope I can actually get some designs down in a timely manner ^^; My goal is to have at least one booster pack done by next year's BABS Con, although sooner would be nice.
Anyway, does anyone else here play this game? Have you even heard of it? How would you like to see my OC in the game, and would you try to make some cards yourself?
I'm totally looking forward to next year's BABS Con, (yes they verified that there will be BABS Con 2018), and I would love it if I could see some of you guys there if you can make it!

Well, the core deck of the game is printed by several different vendors I think, and then various vendors have the different booster packs (sometimes multiple vendors will have the more common booster packs). However, all of the cards are printed through professional companies that specialize in playing cards.
I think that it is mainly done through the group Cildren of Kefentse, but the game has been made open source, so everyone has access to the source files and templates for the game.
As for me, I will probably come up with my designs for my cards, consult the members on Children of Kefentse, and have them printed myself through one of the playing card printing companies they use.

You can only get them at the conventions as far as I know, at least with the physical cards. Not sure about EQLA, but they will definitely be at BABS Con.
You can download digital versions of the cards from this website (short of the booty booster pack) And I think I saw somewhere on there that there was also an online version of the game, though I'm not sure how that works.
To get the Booty Pack, you probably have to catch the vendor at one of the conventions. I'll probably get a second pack of these cards the next time I see them myself ;3
