Also done at FA:United '08 is this rendition of Penny Marshmouse as a 'Mud Scout' Along with my Tina and a few other recruits, she's going to be marching into grounds of questionable solidity in the near future.

Originally a pencil-shaded ink drawing, I elected to post this one to scraps while I work on another version that has a little more action, like the CBobcattie pic, and better reflects the physical changes I made stemming from "Penny Remix". That this one didn get posted to scraps is because I put in a bit too much time cleaning it up, and is thus not really a work in progress even though it lacks a backdrop. It will still be superceded by the pic I'm penciling now, so don't consider it the final draft of my version of Penny.

The remaining recruits (Phoenix, Arisu, Nova and Kira) are slated to appear in "pre-hike" model shots before making messes of themselves in the main series of pics.
