Nah, I've been accidentally starving myself during my flared months. I'd wake up, eat junk food, sleep. Repeat for about a month and now I'm having some bad malnutrition so I need to get a lot more vitamins and magnesium in my diet. So I actually need to be eating a lot more, not less!
