Liquidator redesign from my AU story which can be found here --> https://www.fanfiction.net/s/715449.....ew-the-Bassist
Phew one more reference down! Not much change here other than I can draw dogs better now. So yeah, have some wet puppy!
Although he presents himself as an open book, Bud is truly an enigma to those around him. Never one to complain much he often hides his true intent behind a carefree attitude: a misleading representation of the true man within.
Born to a family defined by its remarkable averageness, the spirited youngest son of the family was always an outsider in his own home. Rambunctious and roguish as a child, his average and overall uninteresting family quickly turned his restless nature into an insatiable need for rebellion.
Hundreds of piercings and obnoxious hairstyles later, he was considered by his family to be little more than a disgrace. Despite his own distaste for his family, the rejection of his kin sparked a depression in Bud during his young adolescence that steered the confused teen into a self-destructive rut.
By the time he was 16, he was already on his way to being a full-blown alcoholic intent on drowning his problems in the sweet escape of liquor. After nearly inducing several bouts of alcohol poisoning, he started to seek outlets for his unrest in sources outside constant inebriation. This pronounced need for an outlet soon found Bud taking out his frustration on a set of drums. Although originally a pastime he started as a way to relieve his pent up emotions, it soon turned into the only passion Bud would ever truly find in his life.
Once past his awkward and depressive years, the naturally suave and laidback aspects of Bud’s nature became more dominant in the restless canine. Despite joining several hopeful bands, Bud still found himself somewhat unfulfilled. His subconscious need for companionship developed in his past led him to seek affection from any source possible. Throughout his years many women, as well as the occasional man, fell victim to Bud’s charms.
By the time he was old enough to live on his own his family all but ignored the fact that they even had a second child. The increasing strain on Bud's familial relationships soon caused him to resent his bland past to the point that he rejected his own last name intent on forging a new life for himself.
Bud wasted little time in distancing himself from his disapproving family, making his way in the real world through his own resourcefulness. Although working as a door-to-door salesman was only a way for Bud to make money while still using his music as an outlet, it provided other less savory opportunities that proved to be excessively satisfying. Regardless of what he was supposed to be selling, the most marketable thing Bud ever really offered his customers was a taste of his own allure. Although content for a while with his lifestyle seducing the house wives of St. Canard's suburbs, the working regime of the average city resident was hardly fulfilling to such a free spirit.
The choice to move into the city to finally peruse his one true passion was an abrupt, but nonetheless easy, one for Bud to make. Life in the inner city of St. Canard proceeded in a painfully normal manner for Bud for years before his entire world changed forever. Although being tracked down by the oddest trio of musicians Bud had ever seen was hardly expected, nothing excited him more than their inherent strangeness. A new nickname and a painful transformation latter Bud was the newest member of what was soon to be the most influential metal band in history. Nothing had ever terrified Bud more than the thought of being normal and thanks to the devious intent of a certain malicious singer he never would be again.

You draw Buddy really well oml, he's always found news ways of tripping me up while drawing him myself haha
Ohh, and poor Bud ;;u;; Such a hard life, but at least he's found his spot in life! This picture looks great, and I really do love the backstory for all these band members!

Aaa thank you! ^.^ I definitely always found him easier to draw in a more toony form but there is something very satisfying about being able to draw him better like this now. Now I just need to find a way of coloring water that I really like lol.
I'm so glad to hear it! I only posted the backstories on DA last time for some reason so I figured I'd put them on here cause I figured you might like to read them. They all have so many issues XD
