Well, I did wear colourful/neon colourful shirts, still would if I had any. I like bright shirts with patterns on them. I didnt see lots of people wearing them, some did. Think they were wearing kneepads and bike helmets, to further push that safetly factor...but really people wore them when biking anhd skateboarding. The outfits were kinda late 80s early 90s, when styles were changing.
