Hey look, another OC! :’D
This is Clovis Frisby, he’s a jazz dancer who lives in a pseudo-1930’s world. He came to the city to get a formal education, and ended up getting famous really fast by accident through his talent, some chance connections, and- let’s face it, humans love adorable animals.
He’s very polite, kind, and considerate, though he speaks only broken English and has a lot to learn about humans and high class city life, which he previously had little to no concept of.
