Her regular sound crew was out sick with food poisoning, but the guys at the venue were like "don't worry, we got this". Everything seemed to be going fine until she got on stage, and just as she was about to speak into the mic to greet the crowd, the feedback squeal started. And kept going. At the max volume. She could see the backup crew scrambling just off stage trying to get it under control, but every speaker on the entire stage just kept singing the song of its people. 15 minutes into the show she was still standing on stage as people in the crowd were getting up to leave and she couldn't even apologize to them over the ceaseless din. She wanted to leave too, but she couldn't. She had a show to perform, and come hell or high water she was going to perform.
