I hadda brainfart a few hours ago about the stuff: Too bad the hardware store was closed today, otherwise I woulda acted on it. Gonna get back onto it as there seems to be a Heavy interest in white latex, or at least a white latex finish, that it behooves me to find something that'll work better!

Hee! awesome.. I still need to send my mask to be hooded at some point. Also a status update on it. The white color has faded to yellow just a bit on the outside of the mask. Just letting you know =D

Iffin ya want the hood, hang on till after I attach a hood to it: I'll have to redo the white bits anyway to get it to match properly, so I can end up rewhiting the white bits again and let kat continue the rosettes down the hood!

This is the backside/Inside of the hoody actually! The other side (the outside of it) looks quite nice! Now to see how it'll look when its attached to the mask!!

Oh wow. How thick is it? Will it fit someone with my head size? You know how much I dealry love hoods, Stego.

The hoods are about 1mm thick before theyre grafted to the mask, and after theyve been attached to a mask and shinycoated, can range between 1.5mm and 2mm thick. Gimmie a little bit longer: Am at the end of my hoody experiments, will post pricing info on the site soon...

Heh, Kinda: The one shown here was done for an upgrade to a Jackal, on which I was using to "prove out" my methods. Following its success, Yours is being made as I type this: The Jackal upgrade was for someone of your head size, so the bust was busy... As of Saturday it wasnt busy anymore, so am working in earnest on your hoody now! Am just waiting for it to dry, Zippers ready, gonna work on it through the week!

\o/ totally cool! I should be able to start on your SL av in earnest soon, got the job sorted out and i know my schedule for a while, so i can plan for working on it. Hopefully it will get done fast, im pretty quick once i start on an av. I did one for Cornwall in about 10 hours of real time.
