Bubbles, an adorable little Vaporeon, encountered a genie, and asked if they could make a wish. Little did the Vapp know, Shantae is only half a genie, so her power is limited.
However Shantae played along with his beliefs, and tricked him into shrinking into a micro. She carried him home and began to abuse him for his ignorance. x3
