He's my 'realistic' Ampharos character xD He actually walks on all fours and quite resembles a komodo dragon. One in awhile he stands on his hind legs to reach a tricky place.
The gems on his tail and forehead are rubies which god stuck due to a racial trait of sticky skin. Luminescent moss has since grown on them.
