I wanted to draw Decay for a while and come up with some new outfit for him. He's a necromancer and does spend a lot of his time in cemeteries. I totally failed at making tombstones = = I do like the skull which I used one of the many skull figurines I have as a reference. I love his boots and earrings and I like how his scars came out. I was lazy to do the sky so I stole it from my cute Valen and Dark picture I did.
