Winner of a recent poll on my deviantart account, April's Moonlight Maidens is the faux-catgirl mage of Fairy Tail, Milliana. I like the character's design, but sadly I don't know much about her to write up a decent story or better description. She seems to have a lot of fans though, so if you feel inspired by this, write something up and I'll link to it!
Tried for a more detailed background on this one, with some atmospheric effects. Pretty happy with how it came out over all. Pose and background are based on a screencap of the character. Not sure if the location is somewhere important in the show/manga.
