It's a lovely, delicate song, and it makes my heart soar.. it reminds me of every moment that I felt so high above the clouds..

It's barely been two weeks.. but I am going insane..
I wasn't ready to leave, I didn't want to leave..

I wasn't done yet.
I was no where near done..
in the 8 years I've known him, 31 days was no where near enough.
It's torn me up like surgical steel blades, and the blood keeps spilling.

Walking away from him at the airport in San Francisco, I nearly collapsed..
Who walks away, from the one they love with every fibre of their being?
Who willingly leaves them behind, knowing that in a couple of hours, I'll be so far away, it'll be impossible to reach them for some time?

My heart is broken to pieces.
I still feel him.. I frighten myself sometimes when I am half asleep.. I keep forgetting I'm back home, in this.. strange, familiar place.

It's torment.
