This is Judah the Skunk, another one of Simon's enemies. He was once a contemporary of Thaddeus Cat.

Years ago when the need of a guardian for the Battle Armor was first at issue, Thaddeus and Judah were both considered for the mantle. Judah arrogantly thought he would be chosen, but to his chagrin, Thaddeus was chosen instead. Judah battled Thaddeus to gain the guardianship for himself, but Thaddeus bested him, forcing Judah to go into self-imposed exile. Then when he heard that the Battle Armor had chosen a bearer, he returned and again attempted to gain the Armor for himself. He almost succeeded, but with help from Thaddeus, Simon was able to beat the skunk back, and the two cats banished him to another dimension. However, just before Judah vanished completely into said other dimension, he swore that he would return one day soon...
