A base form rider is generally as strong as two rangers, almost always has a signature finisher that's a kick, and the series never really focuses on a team, but more or less the individual. Most series don't have more than maybe two or three riders; some have had more than four (current series, Ex-Aid, has 7ish. Ryuki had 15). They have various forms, generally two that can be deemed super, and one final/ultimate form. You do have the usual monster of the week and villainous crew/family/organization. Lately there's been a lot of single contain episodes like Sentai, but there used to be a larger focus on two episode arcs (then again I started with Decade, which used to be the worst series).
my fan rider series has 5, 3 "hero" riders and 2 villain riders, so far I have thought up 3 forms of Steel, base(seen here) Wasteland(think mad max inspired) and War(final form)
Steel here is partially based on Skull form W and Ichigo from the first and the next. War is meant to be similar to V3 from The Next.

I am actually making the series, it was inspired by Justin "Jew Wario" Carmicheal before his death, and the reason it took so long to get off the ground(I only have the helm and the 3rd form armor 80%, base armor is not made and I need to lose a bit of gut fat to fit into the coat for 2nd form.) is the depression his death caused, especially since his death was within days of my first real contact with him besides being a fan of his videos.
