This one is intresting. I was driving home and the clouds looked amazing. so I got the ol' digi-camera and took some shots. Then I wanted to do something dynamic so I though of a godess or sourcess or something hovering with lightning comming at her command. And she is a skunkette cause I like skunks. The hair is green cause I was trying to do that "st. elmo's fire" kinda effect *I think thats what is called* where the sky turns liht green just before the worse lightning known to man comes crashing down *seen it happen twice* Oh I know there is more shinies then a deviant art anime picture, but I just learned how to use the gradiant tool.... somewhat, and to make glow effects with the airbrush :D so please forgive its overdoneness.
