I recently obtained an iPad Pro along with an Apple Pencil (it was bought for me by a company I consult for). I've been trying to get used to drawing on it which was disappointingly difficult with the included Adobe Sketch app. It's ok for doodles or basic sketches and the feature it has to instantly transfer and open your work on Photoshop is great. However, it lacks in user interface and basic tools like select/transform. So I decided to try Procreate and OMG it's awesome. I really like the UI plus you can set the brushes up to do some interesting wet blending/drying effects. I think I might end up liking this better than my trusty old Intuos Pro! Best part is that I can art most anywhere. I diddled this up during a stretch of about 2 hours on a night shift at work where there was nothing to do.
