Leon tries to take refuge in an abandon asylum after his car breaks down, but discovers the place isn't all that abandon when he meets Shad - a former resident of the Asylum who uses it as a hideout. He tricks him and whacks him behind the head. When Leon wakes up, he lies tied up and Shad proceeds to torment our poor hero's feet.
