Nope, generally a mix of Staedtler and Artist's Loft! I might check out that brand in the future though.

Oh, You must ヽ(*≧ω≦)ﾉ... Your colors will just pop right out and with less layering. Bristol paper or other thick card stock with a vellum surface, or otherwise slightly textured, to grab the pigment. When you're done, spray with acrylic gloss final spray, any brand works, but the sprayer nozzle on the Krylon Crystal Clear is the least 'drippy'. (6 years of art school, dammit I'm giving some advice for all of that wasted money (￣ω￣;)
