the work on the planes is fantastic, but, please, forgive me, I simply have to comment on the tarmac itself.
The lines on the tarmac between the concrete tiles are arranged, what appear to be, well out of perspective. They don't recede to a vanishing point. Its call covered in "one-point perspective" if you are interested, and it will dramatically increase the visual appeal of work like this.

I understand this is a sketch, primarily of a pair of aircraft, but a good background will draw so much more attention to the best parts of your sketches and drawings, which will get you the notice you deserve.

Indeed. To be honest, I was rather hasty with this drawing. I didn't really bother with adding every single detail into it; I know full well of the one-point perspective, and I did not follow due to time constraints
